Customers may design their own hand stitched needlepoint belt, cummerbund, collar, and shoes exemplifying their favorite hobbies, sports, family, school, and club crests, adored pets…anything under the sun can be stitched into a timelessly classic needlepoint accessory.

• $410.00 for a cummerbund
• $150-250 (priced on intricacy of design) for a collar
• $550 custom goldwire velvet shoes
• $600 custom needlepoint shoes
• Stitching and finishing services available

Color changes and the addition of monogrammed initials may be performed on any of our ready to wear needlepoint belts and cummerbunds giving Osborn & Robert’s fanciful line a personal touch. The cost of this service is an additional $30.00 to the price of a ready to wear. The wait time is the same as a custom project.

Store/Return Policy

• Wait time on all custom projects is approximately eight to ten weeks from approval.
• Before any custom project is started, a fifty percent nonrefundable deposit is required for the design fee. A proof will be sent soon after the deposit is charged and requires a signed approval before any stitching begins. The remaining balance on the project will be charged when the finished product is shipped to the client.
• If the client is not satisfied with the proof, we will gladly rework it per their instructions.
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing information provided by the customer on belts and cummerbunds. Resizing is available if need be for an additional fee. Please note for proper belt sizing, add two inches to your pant size.
• Returns or exchanges of custom merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final.
